The Sport Captains have been working very hard to come up with fresh ideas of keeping all students active and happy during lunch. To utilise some of our great resources and accommodate students who may not have a hat, or do not like being outside, or any other reason, we have been opening up the Hall to students at lunch.
Students have been loving our beautiful ping-pong tables, where students of all ages have been playing doubles and honing in on their table tennis skills. The comradery and healthy competition created has been nothing but heart-warming.
We have been accessing our fantastic Sports Shed to introduce the school to weird and wonderful equipment by setting up challenging obstacle courses. So far the Sports Captain have been bringing out trampolines, hurdles, mini-soccer nets, and more! The fun seems to be endless.
The creativity from the students has been quite impressive, with them setting up ‘Human Bowling’ through the use of roller boards and plastic bowling pins. The Captains are constantly seeking new designs of fun ways to challenge everyone.
The Sports Captains and the Sports Committee hope to keep introducing interesting ways for all students to keep loving being active
