Giraffe & Meerkat Camp

Year 2 Giraffe and Meerkats enjoyed an indoor camping morning as part of their Geography learning. The students listened to and identified a range of different weather types. They also described equipment necessary to stay warm, dry and protected from the sun in these weathers.

Once all the hard work was done, the students kicked back and enjoyed some good old fashioned camp stories and marshmallows around their self-built  ‘fires’.
