On Friday, 29th October, Forster Public School will hold its ‘Creativity by the Sea 2010' Art Show Evening from 7:00 until 9:30 pm. The event will showcase art/craft from over 730 student's individual work. This will be a spectacular presentation with a great variety of work on display. There will be over 40 pieces of Major Work produced by classes to be ‘Silent Auctioned' and also local artists have donated art/craft to be auctioned by local identity, Mark Lowry.
Items for auctioning include photographic work, Aboriginal art works, and various art pieces on canvas with the auction commencing at 8:30pm.
There will be preliminary viewings on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3-4pm. In addition, raffle tickets will be sold in the afternoons with many wonderful prizes to be drawn on the evening.
All donations and money raised will go towards the purchase of a new interactive white board.
