We had some very successful swimmers competing for Forster Public School at the Zone swimming carnival. Our Senior Boys Relay team consisted of Luke, Nicholas, Brady and Shaun. Unfortunately our 4th swimmer Shaun broke his arm two days before the carnival so reserve Braeden Lee willingly stepped into the side. The team came overall 4th out of 15 competing teams.
The Senior Girl's team consisted of Keely, Alyssa, Miah and Natalie.
While neither Relay Team progressed to State Titles, Forster Public School was particularly impressed by the performance of our Boys Relay Team.
Angus represented manning Zone in the 50 metres Freestyle winning his heat, but not progressing to the finals. Brady also won his 50 metres Freestyle heat, and came 8th overall.
