Mathematics Whiz
Year 5 student, Charlie, from Forster Public School is the overall winner of the Newcastle Permanent Primary Mathematics Competition Northern Region.
Charlie travelled to Coffs Harbour to receive his Plaque. School Principal, Mr Rick Clissold shared that it was a huge honour for Charlie to win such a prestigious award and to be the overall winner of the entire Northern Region of NSW. Mr Clissold proudly stated that there were other Forster Public School names on the Plaque from previous years.
Charlie stated that he loved Mathematics and problem solving and enjoyed the challenge of the Competition.
